Generate print-ready barcode labels for your inventory units and export EANs as a CSV.
Labelling your inventory
Giving each inventory unit a barcode lets you scan items at pickup and return instead of selecting them by hand. Fjellride can generate print-ready labels and export your barcodes for use in other systems.
Print-ready PDF labels
From your inventory you can generate a PDF of barcode labels. The PDF is laid out for label printing and includes a cut contour (cutline) so it works with label printers and cutting plotters.
- Select the inventory units you want labels for.
- Choose Print labels.
- Open the generated PDF and print it on your label stock.
Each label carries the unit's barcode (EAN) so it can be scanned during pickup and return.
Export barcodes as CSV
If you'd rather work with the raw values, for an external label tool, a spreadsheet, or another system, export your barcodes as a CSV of EANs.
- Select the inventory units (or all of them).
- Choose Export EANs.
- Save the CSV file.
